Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali Officially Opened

We are pleased to share with you our recent celebration onour Client’s project opening “Samasta Lifestyle Village and MövenpickResort & Spa” Jimbaran, Bali last 12 January, 2017. CADIZ Middle East Design FZE was engaged as the Concept Master Planner and Concept Hotel & Retail Architect (Concept Design, Schematic Design and Design Development) and with the collaboration of Hadiprana - Architect of Record and Interior Designer, PT Atelier Enam Struktur - Structural, PT Makesthi Enggal Engineering – MEP, Salad Dressing - Landscape Architect, and Mövenpick Hotel - Hotel Operator & Consultant.

Samasta - An Integrated Lifestyle Village Beach Hotel

The ground breaking ceremony was held on the site in Jimbaran, Bali On May 2013. The event was attended by the developer, Summarecon Bali, as well as the resort hotel operator, Movenpick, of Switzerland, and the architects, Medardo Cadiz of Cadiz International.

The project is an integrated resort hotel cum lifestyle village, tropical lagoon pool and gardens, complimented by lifestyle shops, cafes and F&B’s in the village. The project is located in the hills of Jimbaran on a 3.5 ha land. Project is scheduled to open the end of 2014.
