We are pleased to share with you an update on the ongoing construction of “One Galaxy Mixed-Use Development”, Surabaya, Indonesia. The ground breaking ceremony was held in June 2015 followed with the pre-selling of the condo units of the “Elitz” tower . CADIZ Middle East Design FZE was engaged for the Mall 3 + Hotel + Office + 2 Residential Condos as the Concept Master Planner and Retail Architect (Concept Design, Schematic Design & Design Development) and with the collaboration of Perentjana Djaja as the Architect of Record. Galaxy Mall 3 completes the One Galaxy Mixed-Use Superblock. Galaxy Mall 1 & 2 by CADIZ was designed in 1994 and 2002 respectively.
