Originally designed by Cadiz, the Manar Mall was the first lifestyle shopping destination in Ras Al Khaimah when it opened in 2000. Built on a prime waterfront location fronting the RAK Mangrove, it was planned and designed to reclaim the historic relationship of RAK with its waters. Cadiz' current proposal for the redevelopment and expansion of Manar Mall features a larger F&B waterfront promenade, with a five-star hotel, office tower, and condominiums relating and responding to the celebrated waterfront.
