SUMMARECON BANDUNG: WINNER FOR BEST REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR 2025, GOLDEN PROPERTY AWARD
CI is pleased to announce the opening of Summarecon Bandung Mall and Lifestyle Village in Bandung Indonesia. The project was developed by Summarecon Agung Tbk. CI designed a 65,000 SM mall on two levels, offering a diverse range of retail, dining and entertainment venues. Notable features include the Downtown Walk, an area that combines culinary delights with live music performances in a park-like setting, adorned with lush gardens and water features. In addition, CI created a special large open air interior courtyard called Sawarga, to host various outdoor events such as concerts, exhibitions, cultural and culinary festivals. The project aims to provide a comprehensive family friendly experience, blending shopping with entertainment to create memorable moments for visitors.
