Following the spirit of the Northridge University of a global outlook that rooted in the region’s context and culture, the design of the Northridge Villas is the synthesis of materiality, texture, and space. Using locally-relevant materials and finishes, it was designed to provide modern amenities and esthetics that appeal to the university’s global residents.
