The 8-storey Mall and Office tower were designed and planned around the restored historic Saint Joseph School building, and previously planned condominium towers. Gurney Paragon features a downtown F&B walk integrated around the sprawling mall, as well as an F&B and Entertainment Terracing Sky Garden - all with views to the scenic seaside promenade.
