Dubai Wing is a residential community initiative from the government of Dubai to address the challenges and issues of middle-income family housing of Dubai's growing population. On account of the high property prices and smaller, and smaller available lands in the city center, the initiative was started with a vision to provide an alternative lifestyle concept with the ideals of openness, diversity, order, comfort, security and flexibility.
