Cadiz was invited to a Concept Design Competition for a mixed-use development with destination mall, hotel, and serviced apartment components. The resultant design is a dynamic form that embodies the spirit of Bur Dubai as being the crossroads of the old and new Dubai, celebrated and inclusive, modern and respectful of the existing urban fabric.
