Cadiz was tasked to undergo exploratory studies on a series of lots within the Jumeirah Village Community (JVC) masterplanned development. The objective was to develop a strategy for multi-family dwellings for the middle market applying the parameters and guidelines of the JVC, with the use of a contemporary and modern language. These series of designs apply those strategies on two lots for the Al Ghurair Group.
